Hello my KMD lovelies!
As mentioned in my previous post, I’ll be posting about a few of the Blogger Events that I have attended as of late (as well as catching up with a couple from before). The event I’ll be talking about in this post is the Bernhardt Interiors Gallery Grand Opening at Stash Home– if you couldn’t figure it out from the title already.
I know what you are thinking already: “Hey Komal! As a fashion/travel/lifestyle blogger, how did you get invited to an interior designer event?” Well, the local Memphis Blogger Community is just so amazing and tight knit here that we all support one another. Caitlin McGill of CRM Styles is one of the local Memphis Bloggers who is also a Social Media Influencer Strategist for Stash Home. She reached to me (and quite a few other local Memphis Bloggers) regarding this event. As a blogger of the Memphis Community, we all came out to not only support her event but to check out the new furniture at display, as well.
This event started off with a mini snack session that allowed guests to have some snacks and the drinks provided. After people settled down, there was an information session by the Bernhardt designers as well as the designers of Stash Home. After that was done, there was a Q&A session.
Once the Q&A session was completed, the bloggers were provided a lovely Grab Bag! There was also a raffle which was going to be drawn at the end of the event. Now, normally I don’t put my name in raffles as I never win. However, I just added my name to this raffle for the fun it and, guess what? I won the raffle! I was so excited! These type of things never happen to me.
Overall, this was a different and unique event to attend as a blogger. I am super thankful to Caitlin and Stash Home for inviting me to this event. I’m also always up for supporting a fellow blogger (whether locally or further away) so I had a blast being a part of this even. Lastly, I enjoyed learning some tips and tricks for designing a home.
