Galentine’s with the Blogger Gal Pals

Hello my KMD lovelies!

Unlike my last post, that was almost posted a year later, I’m going to post about this year’s Galentine’s events immediately (okay, within a week).

I was invited to a couple of Galentine’s Day events this year within the Blogger community however, I was only able to attend two.  Regardless, the two I attended were a blast!  Also, keep in mind that I have not been to a blogger event since Summer 2019 so it’s been a while since I’ve seen my Blogger Gal Pals.

One of the events I attended was a Blogger Xchange Galentine’s event and another was an event hosted by Andrea of Andrea Cooktales at Kendra Scott.  Unlike last year, the events were not on the same day but rather one day after the other which worked great for my schedule!

Kendra Scott Galentine’s Event

I have not been to a Kendra Scott event in so long so I was super excited when I got the invite to this event!  The lovely Andrea LeTard of Andrea’s Cooktales hosted this event.  I had missed a couple of her events in the past due to Grad School so I was excited about finally being able to attend this one.

As usual, Kendra Scott had some snacks and wine for the attendees.  I got to see many of my Blogger Gal Pals that I have not seen since last summer and it was so nice!  We took quite a few pictures before the night ended.  Lastly, we all got a lovely gift from Kendra Scott- which I had not expected.  Usually, some events gift the Bloggers stuff and others do not.  However, I go for the company so this was quite a surprise.

Our lovely gifts thanks to Kendra Scott.

Blogger Xchange:  Woman Crush Memphis

I know I sound like a broken record saying this but you all know how much I love me a Blogger Xchange event!  I always meet new people at the Blogger Xchange events and see some familiar friendly faces.  This event was at the Emerge Building in downtown Memphis.

Blogger Xchange was kind enough to provide snacks and drinks courtesy of Old Dominick Distillery & Jackson Morgan Cream.  There was a nice balloon photobooth created by Rainbow & Butterfly Party Co and photos were taken by the amazing Candace Monie of C Monie Photography.

After the event, a couple of us girls went out to dinner and talked the night!  I love meeting new bloggers within the community and was glad to connect with so many newbies in town.

The Outfits

I know most of you are wondering about my outfit.  I choose something that was comfortable yet warm since it’s getting a bit chilly here.  Since I was coming straight from work, I wanted to make sure my outfit was work appropriate but also, fun for both of the events.  For both outfits, I choose a cute sweater, jeans and boots- my go-to for the winter season.

To summarize, I loved going to both events.  It was great seeing some of my Blogger Gal Pals that I have not seen in a while.  I look forward to attending more events and hope you all enjoyed my summary of the events!
